February is the month of love. You've fallen in love with your product. Perhaps you love your employees. We know you definitely love your customers. And we know you love or at least loved your business.
But are any of those the heart of your business? Nope. The HEART of YOUR BUSINESS is PROFIT. Yep, profit. It's so important it's #1 of my e-book, "The 8 Essential KPI's for Product Businesses."
